Programs

Recreational Dance Programs

Recreational Dance Programs are designed for our beginners or students not interested in performing in the year end recital . These classes introduce the basic fundamentals of dance and rhythm in a welcoming learning environment. We recommend all of our younger students (ages 4-5) start in these programs before advancing to our recital programs. Programs are available for all ages, including Preteen and Teens just beginning their dance training. These programs are available in 8 week sessions and for the full season.

Acrobatic Arts Programs

Acrobatic Arts is a foundational program for Acro Dance taught over 12 levels in progression. Acrobatic Arts Certified Teachers understand how to properly introduce skills with excellent technique in a safe and fun environment. The Innovative Acrobatic Arts App, Analyzes Student and Progress Charts engage and motivate dancers to excellence. With endorsements from over 1000 dance teachers, physiotherapists, Cirque Du Soleil acrobats, and more, this is universally recognized as the best program for AcroDance. Our programs are offered to children beginning age 4 years.

Recital Dance Programs

Recital Dance Programs are designed for students ages 5 years & older which gives them the opportunity to develop their talents and performance skills in a professionally produced show. All dancers in the recital program will be prepared to perform in the year-end recital production. At the
start of the season we will focus on dance techniques and learning new skills. After Christmas Break
each class will start to learn dance choreography for their class routine. Dancers will be measured and
fitted for a special costume for their performance in the show. The recital will be held at the Meadowvale
Theatre.
